Yes. We ship across Assam, the Northeast and the rest of India by India Post (Speed Post or Registered Parcel), with tracking after dispatch.
Custom and bulk orders follow the timeline we agree with you when the order is confirmed. Delivery after dispatch is usually 3 to 5 working days to metro cities and 5 to 8 to the rest of India.
Orders are prepaid online — UPI, cards and the other methods Razorpay offers. Cash on delivery is not available.
Custom pieces are made for you, so change-of-mind returns are not possible. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
