These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made from Fly Free through our website, social-media pages, messaging platforms, payment links, or other digital sales channels (“Platform”).
By placing an order or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, together with our **Shipping Policy, Return/Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy**.

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the outer package at delivery.
If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, where reasonably possible:

Once an order has entered:

A cancellation request after dispatch does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.
Any refund arising from an accepted cancellation will be handled subject to applicable law and the applicable payment/refund procedure.
